Andrew has over 25 years experience in Facilities Management including building operations in HVAC, vertical transport, OH&S and legislative requirements and Essential Services and AESMR’s.

Andrew has a role as Senior Facilities Manager with a large portfolio of CBD office buildings owned by both institutional clients and private investors.

He is skilled in the management of detailed life cycle budgets for the provision of capital upgrades, conversion of buildings to BMS control including chilled water plant replacement projects, planning and implementation of sustainability initiatives and the management and mentoring of junior Facility Managers.

Andrew is responsible for the provision of operational & strategic facilities management across a portfolio of properties situated in Melbourne and New Zealand.
