Brent brings over 14 years of real estate expertise, primarily focused on commercial and industrial property brokerage in Melbourne’s North and North-West regions. He began his career in 2010 with a local Melbourne based agency and, by 2014, had advanced to a prominent international agency’s Melbourne North West office. There, he honed his skills in industrial land sales, development sites, pre-leases, and the sales and leasing of existing facilities and strata units. His dedication and performance earned him two promotions, first to Senior Executive and then to Associate Director.

In 2018, Brent transitioned to another major agency, where he joined their Industrial team as Director. During this time, he continued to execute significant deals and deepen his relationships with both institutional and private clients.

Today, Brent leads Fitzroys’ Industrial and Logistics division alongside Marco Sandrin, where they continue to drive property transactions for owners, landlords, and tenants across Melbourne.
