Tim provides considerable experience from over 16 years’ in managing commercial property.

Since his start in the industry, Tim has developed in depth understanding of the needs of property owners, purchasers and vendors. He has been involved with delivery of day-to-day management of a significant property portfolio, effectively building long-term tenant and landlord relationships. He is a skilled communicator in the management of lease negotiations, budgeting and payment collections from tenants, debtors, and local authorities.
