Ray has over 15 years experience in the property industry including valuations of all property classes. For around 10 of these years, Ray worked in the local government area undertaking valuations of all types of properties for rating purposes, progressing to the position of Manager Valuations / City Valuer with the City of Melbourne.

Since leaving the City of Melbourne in 2001, Ray has worked in Private Practice where he has developed an enviable reputation across the industry.
