Mark has over 30 years experience in the property industry. His experience includes the management and leasing of major commercial and retail buildings, predominantly in the central business district of each city. Having acted for a wide range of clients within a broad portfolio, Mark is particularly experienced in major building works and tenders, multi-million dollar budgets, liaising and negotiating with large commercial tenants, significant maintenance contracts, large tenancy fit-outs and running complex owners corporations.

One of Mark’s notable achievements has been the management ‘set up’ and ongoing management of a number of major city buildings in Melbourne and London and, in particular, a 20,000m2 speculative development in the City of London and a 38,000m2 retail and commercial property in Collins Street, Melbourne. Additionally, Mark has and continues to be the asset manager for the managed premises of Epworth Hospital, one of Australia’s leading private hospital and medical centres.
