With over 25 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry, Mark now heads the Agency Division of Fitzroys, after first joining the firm 16 years ago.

With previous experience in management, Mark has a keen eye for detail and has built a career built on a foundation of integrity, professionalism, outstanding negotiation skills, and above all else, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

Mark has exceptional knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing Metropolitan Melbourne Commercial Property Market. In his career, he has transacted in all types of Retail/Commercial property and is fully converse in all methods of sale including the challenges of a strategic off market transaction. More recently, Mark has been involved in the disposal of a considerable development site owned by separate owners joining together to achieve a premium price.

Mark prides himself on implementing a ‘hands on’ and disciplined public sales campaign where he adopts the latest and most professional marketing techniques. Combining this, and his exceptional negotiation skills, he thrives on the tension created amongst competitive buyers and enjoys witnessing his clients reap in the rewards.

Repeat business is a major success in Mark’s career and he boasts acting for several of Melbourne’s prominent property owners and business people on a re-occurring basis.

Outside of Real Estate, Mark is busy raising a small family and is a keen Essendon Football Club supporter and horse racing enthusiast.
