Michael has over 40 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, including as a Director of Fitzroys for 35 years before becoming a Consultant. His experience includes the full breadth of property-related work, including development of short, medium and long-term direct property strategies for various local and offshore high net worth individuals, families and institutional owners.

These strategies encompass advice on appropriate weightings into various property sectors, together with disposal, development, leasing and acquisition across a range of portfolio complexities. Michael has utilised his knowledge and deep understanding of property markets to conduct detailed feasibilities into opportunistic purchases across many sectors including retail, car park and high-technology office, industrial and logistics redevelopment.
