Rick has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry, initially in town planning followed by commercial real estate. A Director at Fitzroys since 1988, he will transition to a consultancy role in July.

His experience includes management, leasing and disposal of property in the retail, office and industrial sectors and associated consulting appointments.

He has extensive experience in project marketing and leasing, having acted for private and public sector organisations, and within existing retail strips as well as master-planned town centres and shopping and lifestyle hubs.

Rick has a heightened understanding of the relationship that commercial real estate has with the surrounding community, and this enables him to achieve the best possible results for clients.
