A high-profile showroom on Nepean Highway, metres from the busy intersection of South Road, has been leased on a long-term deal.

Fitzroys’ Tom Fisher leased the 300sqm building at 898 Nepean Highway for five years to leading supplier of employment opportunities to NDIS participants, Marriott Support Services.

The deal was struck on behalf of a private investor at $80,000 per annum net.

The property comprises a ground-floor retail and showroom space of 269sqm and first-floor office accommodation, and off-street parking for three cars, with a public car park at the rear.

“We had a lot of interest in this, coming from allied health, service retailers, office users, showroom users and gyms, given its flexible open-plan layout, and wide frontage and high-profile position in a particularly busy part of the Nepean Highway,” Fisher said.

“It also offers excellent connectivity - as well as being on Nepean Highway, it’s opposite Moorabbin train station and on multiple bus routes.”
