Fitzroys Graduate Program 2023

Fitzroys is Melbourne’s largest privately owned full service Commercial Real Estate Agency offering Property Management, Agency (Sales/Leasing), Valuations/Advisory, Facilities Management and Owners Corporation services. We have been servicing Melbourne’s commercial real estate markets for 50 years and “We Know Melbourne”.

Fitzroys team consists of highly experienced and motivated professionals, eager to provide clients with the best possible advice and outcomes. Our broad range of clients include institutions, Government agencies, local and off shore private high net worth families and individuals.

As part of Fitzroys commitment to the property industry and our strong culture of mentoring and training our junior team members, Fitzroys is seeking graduates to join our Graduate Program.

The Graduate Program will commence in early 2023 and will run for twelve (12) months over which time you will rotate through Fitzroys core business working with industry leaders in Agency, Property Management, Valuation and Advisory.

The candidates would have recently completed, or be in their final year of a Degree in Property and be an eager and highly motivated individual to work within our team environment and alongside our senior personnel. The program is for 3 days per week which will enable you to complete your degree.

It is a great opportunity for an individual to gain valuable knowledge from experienced professionals and work within a dynamic and team orientated environment.

The successful candidates will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong desire to work in the commercial property industry
  • High degree of computer literacy including Excel/Microsoft Office skills
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop relationships and to deal effectively with a wide range of people across all aspects of the market
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
